A faceless portrait of a person wearing an apparel in sunny light with cream graphic tee and cap. Hot pink BRAT SUMMER text, watercolor flowers and tropical props. How to describe it so that you can read the text, keep cotton texture and make lighting soft but not neon?

faceless person sitting on white surface wearing oversized cream t-shirt with large hot pink text "BRAT SUMMER" surrounded by watercolor floral print in pink, orange, blue and green, matching cream baseball cap with embroidered hot pink "BRAT SUMMER", colorful beaded bracelets on wrist, foreground with large glossy monstera leaves, three pink daisies with yellow centers, scattered pink and orange petals, crumpled kraft paper with "BRAT SUMMER" text, bright soft daylight from upper left, warm highlights, subtle shadows, shallow depth of field, high detail cotton texture -- AI image prompt
The crop that makes the face invisible under cap brim but still showing two lines of BRAT SUMMER. Big and flat, centered text on tee (vs small embroidered text on cap). Cream cotton in strong daylight. Wrong any one of those three things you get distorted letters or plastic-like fabric. Muddy shadows.
What the image actually shows
Torso only. Centered in the frame, with head down so that cap completely covers face. Most of vertical space is taken up by giant cream t-shirt. Across chest hot pink block letters BRAT SUMMER. Accompanying loosely drawn watercolor flowers orange/magenta/pink/blue. Thin green stems. The same words on cream twill cap in small embroidered stitching. In foreground white floor. Two big shiny monstera leaves. Three pink daisies with yellow centers. Random pink and orange petals. Crumpled kraft paper piece, BRAT SUMMER printed brown letters. Warm diffused light from upper left. Soft shadows under leaves/petals. Cotton is matte-ish slightly textured (not silky). Leaves are waxy specular highlights. This is a simulation not photo so fabric weave embroidery etc approximated rather than optically captured.
Prompt wording that keeps text and materials intact
Name the materials and the print method. Models tend to smooth cotton into a generic surface unless you specify it.
- Use
oversized cream cotton jersey t-shirt, matte texture, visible weaveinstead of just "t-shirt". It holds the fabric from turning shiny. - Separate the two text elements:
large flat hot pink block text "BRAT SUMMER" on chest with watercolor floral surroundandcream twill baseball cap with small embroidered hot pink "BRAT SUMMER". If you combine them, the cap text often copies the tee size. - Describe the floral as
loose watercolor floral print, translucent petals, thin green stems. That prevents the model from rendering a photographic flower pattern. - For the props, list them as foreground objects:
foreground: two glossy monstera leaves, three pink daisies with yellow centers, scattered petals, crumpled kraft paper with brown "BRAT SUMMER". Ordering matters. Foreground first keeps them from being placed behind the figure.
Why does it help? The model doesn't really know the difference between embroidery and print. If you specify "embroidered" vs flat printed then that gives a visual cue to distinguish stitch texture from ink. Otherwise they both render the same way and it just looks like a printed cap.
Light and color without neon
despite the name it's not a neon portrait. no colored gel, magenta cyan split, reflective neon sign and so on. warm daylight colors: cream hot pink orange leaf green. if you add 'neon' or 'cinematic teal and orange' to get that keyword - you will make image more night/artificial color look and lose sunlit apparel style
To keep the cinematic but sunlit feel, describe light as bright soft daylight from upper left, warm highlights, subtle diffused shadows, shallow depth of field, clean white background. That gives a gentle cinematic separation without heavy contrast. If the result comes out too yellow, reduce "warm" to "neutral daylight". If shadows get too hard, add "diffused" or "softbox-like daylight". For a true neon variant, you would need to replace the light description entirely with dark background, pink and cyan neon rim light, reflective skin — a different prompt, not a tweak.
For related product lighting setups that stay in daylight, see this organic product photography prompt for soft natural light which handles matte textures and white surfaces in a similar way.
Composition and framing
The framing is a medium close-up, cropped at mid-torso, camera at chest height, slight downward angle. Specify faceless, cap brim covering face, centered composition, eye-level crop at waist. Without "faceless" the model will try to generate a face under the cap, which often creates distortion. Without a crop cue, it may pull back to a full body and shrink the text.
Keep the background plain: seamless off-white background, minimal texture. Any mention of "studio wall" or "beach" introduces unwanted detail behind the figure.
What to change when it breaks
Text warps first. If you're getting bent or duplicated BRAT SUMMER letters, try reducing your prompt to just 1 instance of text and generate it then add the second one. (use exact text in quotes and all caps)
Embroidery looks flat. Add raised stitch texture, visible thread to the cap only. If it then over-textures the tee, move that phrase directly next to "cap".
Petals multiply or leaves look plastic. Reduce the count: two monstera leaves, three daisies is already specific. If you write "many petals" the model scatters dozens. Use "few scattered petals" instead.
It's going to soften up details when you ask for super high res. So the small cap letters and beaded bracelets will get a bit blurry if you go too hard on upscale. It's a limitation of the sim, it doesn't always handle micro-stitch or tiny beads well.
Unknown model, settings for this image. So the above is just some untested guesses to try. Begin with main description and then test one thing at a time. Keep light description basic before adding any stylistic terms.
